The Pest Company offer a comprehensive spider treatment service. We treat all exterior areas such as exterior walls, eaves, garden sheds, letter box just to name a few and we treat the roof void using dusting machine if access is available. We can spot treat internal daddy long legs during the process, however we do not spray all areas of the internal walls and floors for spiders as it is not practical or safe to do so. We do however spray the skirting boards for cockroaches which will pick up a few low level daddy long legs.
Risk assessment, Be sure if you have any pets, they are removed from the areas of treatment prior to commencement or prepare to cover them over to avoid any exposure, (ask our technician for advice) especially hidden fish ponds in gardens that may not be easily identified.
The best way to avoid any unforeseen incident, please advise our professional technician of all pets at the property on arrival. Our technician will do a thorough risk assessment on arrival before starting any type of treatment to ensure we limit all potential risks.
Spiders do generally re appear over time. It is not possible to prevent spiders re appearing on the exterior of the property, however if you experience large infestations during the next 6 months from the treatment date, we provide a 6 month treatment warranty for large infestations only.
The Pest Company use the top of the range pesticides to ensure top protection, however as mentioned we cannot prevent them returning, Some of our valued customers take advantage of a 6 monthly spider treatment, others just ensure they keep up the annual service which reducing breeding at the property. Every property is different and will be faced by its own difficulties in keeping pests at bay.
