My journey to achieving the MBA is one for the Pesties; being a part of the pest industry for 18 years is something to be proud of, as we all know it’s not the highest level of education required to become a pest management technician nor does it attract world-class leaders, however it provides the same challenges and competitiveness like every other industry that helps drive performance to a new level, this is what excites me.
It is my passion, the acceptance of change and perseverance that will help change an industry standard. We must attract dedicated and committed people to be a part of the pest industry as this will help us continue to prevent disease and damage that pests cause in the community.
